It is with profound gratitude and unwavering purpose that I welcome you to a new chapter in our journey as advocates, community builders, and proud descendants of a resilient heritage. As we step into 2025 together, I am honored to serve as President of this vital organization—one rooted in history, driven by justice, and united in our pursuit of progress. Our theme this year is N’ap Kanpe!!! We Will Stand!! As Haitians we have learned to stand in the face of adversity and challenge.

From the legacy of Haiti’s revolution to the quiet courage of Haitian immigrants who paved paths in American law, our story is one of transformation. It is our duty—and privilege—to preserve that legacy while expanding opportunity, ensuring representation, and strengthening the pipeline for the next generation of Haitian American legal minds.

This year, our focus is clear: engagement, empowerment, and elevation.

• We will deepen our connections within the diaspora.
• We will sharpen our impact on issues that matter—from immigration and equity to leadership in the profession.
• And we will celebrate not only what we’ve overcome, but all we continue to become.
